Who is this event open to?

This event is open to all MBA students. We encourage students from all years and programs to join us for a memorable evening celebrating our growth and accomplishments!

 

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, MBA students purchasing a ticket can purchase a maximum of 1 guest ticket for a plus one to accompany you to the event.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage you to dress to impress! Formal dresses, suits, and outfits that make you feel your best self are encouraged! 

 

Is there a cash bar?

Yes! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue. Please make sure you bring photo ID and your preferred payment method (cash is strongly encourage and card is also a payment option).

 

Is this event 19+?

Yes! This event is 19+.

 

Is parking available?

The main Carmen's Event Centre lot is directly beside the venue. If it fills up, you can also park at Auxiliary Lot 1 (off Anchor Road), at Auxiliary Lot 2 (north side of Stone Church Road East), or on the street along Anchor Road. Please don't park in the C Hotel & Baci Ristorante lot, which is reserved for their guests.

When do I select my dinner preference?

You'll choose your dinner (Chicken or Vegetarian) when you purchase your ticket. If you have any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, you can note them on the registration form at the same time.

 

Is coat check available?

Yes! Complimentary coat check is available.​
